At all levels it is imperative that wrestlers have the ability to attack their opponent’s legs. Campers will learn the detailed mechanics necessary to help them become highly efficient and effective with their takedown attacks. Intense repetition drilling will instill muscle memory reflex’s that will help these techniques become second nature to the campers who attend this session. We will share strategies, drills and techniques used by many of the nation’s top programs. This camp is perfectly designed to improve any wrestler’s leg attacks.
